The Austral Bricks™ Design Centre at Horsley Park has unveiled yet another amazing Brick Art™ mural, this time promoting the current Austral Bricks™ NSW paving and landscaping campaign.
With its tranquil garden scene featuring a riot of colour, the mural is proving to be a real hit with visitors to the Design Centre.
The 10 metre x 10 metre wall took two bricklayers from J & M Bricklaying five days to build under the watchful eye of Harry Sofatzis, technical graduate, and Belinda Richardson, NSW R&D Technical Manager, who also took up the crucial role of spotter.
The wall features more than 3,600 full bricks and 4,800 half bricks, and uses a combination of glazed bricks from the Burlesque® and Dynasty® ranges.
This stunning wall again demonstrates the amazing possibilities of Brick Art™ and how it can be used to add a distinctive quality to all types of projects.
Its versatility offers endless design possibilities and gives architects and designers an opportunity to incorporate a truly unique feature with Austral Bricks™.
The new mural is the most recent addition to the highly popular and successful Austral Bricks™ Brick Art™ projects built around the country in recent times, including Horsley Park's tributes to President Barack Obama and Michael Jackson, the tribute to the AFL Anzac Day clash built at Craigieburn, head office of Austral Bricks™ Victoria, as well as the Friesian cow in Bega.
